Privacy policy
How we handle your data, in line with the new Swiss Data Protection Act (revFADP) and the European GDPR.
Document under legal review.
1 · Data controller
The controller responsible for processing is E.I-RELOCATION (company being formed). For any matter concerning your personal data, contact privacidad@ei-relocation.com. For general enquiries: info@ei-relocation.com.
2 · What data we collect
The data you give us when using the website assistant: name, email, planned moving timeframe, work situation, destination canton, profile (resident, seasonal or cross-border worker) and the service line we recommend to you. In addition, at the moment you accept consent we store as proof: the exact text you accepted, the date and time, the language and the IP address from which you accepted.
3 · Why we use it (legal basis)
To respond to you and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR / Art. 6 Swiss revFADP) when you tick the form checkbox, and the performance of pre-contractual steps you request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
4 · Who we share it with
Only with strictly necessary processors, all with signed data protection agreements:
- Vercel Inc. (United States) — hosting of the website and of the endpoint that receives the form.
- Make.com (Celonis, Czech Republic) — automation that routes the lead to our internal inbox.
- Google Workspace (Ireland/US) — inbox where the team receives and stores the lead.
- Cal.com Inc. (United States) — if you book a free consultation; the calendar data stays with Cal.com.
- Cloudflare Inc. (United States) — aggregated, cookieless traffic analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
5 · Telegram as an internal channel
The team receives an instant notification via Telegram when a lead comes in, but that notification does not contain your name, your email or any personal data: it only indicates that a new lead has arrived so the team can check the Google Workspace inbox. Your data is not processed in Telegram.
6 · How long we keep it
- If no contract is signed: 12 months from the last contact, after which it is deleted.
- If you hire a service: for the duration of the contractual relationship + the applicable legal periods (10 years under Swiss commercial-law obligations, Art. 958f CO).
- The consent proof record is kept for the duration of the processing + 1 additional year.
7 · International transfers
Vercel, Cloudflare, Cal.com and Google Workspace may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and, in the Swiss case, on the arrangements recognised by the FDPIC.
8 · Your rights and how to exercise them
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data. Write to us at privacidad@ei-relocation.com and we will reply within one month at most.
If you believe we have not respected your rights, you can lodge a complaint with the competent authority: in Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD); in Switzerland, the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
9 · Information security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: mandatory HTTPS, security headers (strict CSP, HSTS), restricted access to the internal inbox and minimal retention. We do not store cookies or third-party trackers on this website.
10 · Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the foot of the page. This version is in force as of 18 June 2026.
